IT PC Refresh Technician

What you'll do

• Build, swap, and deploy refreshed PC hardware
• support endpoint software and equipment
• troubleshoot end-user PC, network, printing, and application issues
• document incidents and resolution steps in the ticketing system
• escalate issues as appropriate
• provide Level 2 day-to-day support and guidance on policies and procedures. May provide after-hours support when requested or during emergencies.
