What you'll do
- Clean and maintain resident apartments, common areas, restrooms, showers, spa rooms, outdoor spaces, and employee service areas
- dispose of waste
- perform floor care
- clean furniture, fixtures, appliances, and equipment
- prepare apartments for move-ins
- follow infection-prevention procedures and handle biohazardous waste properly
- report safety and maintenance concerns
- collaborate with nursing, maintenance, culinary, life enrichment, and leadership teams.
