What you'll do

• Maintain records of rent rolls, move-ins and move-outs, delinquencies, and vacancies
• bill, collect, post, and deposit rents and fees
• submit accounts payable invoices and manage petty cash
• complete administrative reporting
• support occupancy and fair-housing marketing
• follow tenant selection and certification requirements
• orient residents to leases and community rules
• address resident issues and enforce lease requirements.
