Hotel Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Handle equipment repairs and warranty submissions
• track maintenance inventory and room preventive maintenance
• review pool chemical logs and service pool and spa areas
• conduct property walks and identify repairs
• maintain plumbing and electrical systems, fixtures, grounds, and public areas
• respond to after-hours emergencies
• train maintenance personnel.
