Construction Technician

The Construction Technician role is onsite in Granite Falls, NC. Pay is $20–$22 per hour based on experience. The technician reports to the Mitigation Manager at Paul Davis, which provides residential and commercial emergency restoration services. The role performs restoration and mitigation work after property damage, including water and fire damage and mold remediation. It supports customers in their time of need by completing project work, maintaining equipment, and providing responsive customer service.

What you'll do

• Perform water mitigation, tarping, board-up, mold remediation, asbestos and lead abatement, and carpet cleaning or reinstallation according to company and industry specifications
• maintain a clean, stocked, and organized truck and company equipment
• assist with warehouse and facility tasks as needed
• support team members and provide customer service
• participate in the on-call schedule as necessary.
