What you'll do

• Welcome employees, visitors, and vendors
• perform reception and concierge duties
• manage access control and visitor procedures
• patrol office areas, entrances, and perimeter spaces
• identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity
• watch for social engineering attempts, insider threat indicators, and perimeter vulnerabilities
• respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
• prepare incident and activity reports
• follow client data-protection requirements.
