The Dietary Cook role is onsite in Bradenton, FL; pay is $16.50–$19 per hour. Villas of Holly Brook and Reflections Memory Care operate assisted living and memory care communities for older adults. The cook prepares and presents meals according to company standards, approved menus, and established recipes. The role supports residents’ dining experience while maintaining safe, clean, and sanitary kitchen and food-storage areas.

What you'll do

• Prepare and cook food for the community
• present meals according to company standards
• promote a restaurant-style dining atmosphere
• maintain clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen and food-storage areas
• open or close the kitchen as assigned
• follow cleaning schedules
• receive, store, and prepare food according to standards
• document food temperatures
• assist with food and supply transport and storage
• support special events, banquets, and theme meals
• attend pre-meal kitchen stand-ups.

Why this role
