The Security Officer – Dispatch Operations role is onsite in Cumberland, RI. The schedule includes Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 2:00 p.m.–12:45 a.m. Pay is $22.85 per hour. The officer supports security operations at a healthcare location, helping maintain a secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff. The officer coordinates security communications, monitors alarms and access activity, documents incidents, and dispatches support. Patrols and calm incident response help deter unauthorized activity and coordinate assistance when needed.

What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, delivery personnel, and vendors
• receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls, alarms, access concerns, and incident reports
• monitor communication systems, cameras, and alarm panels
• document activities and incidents
• respond calmly to critical situations and coordinate with emergency responders or site leadership
• conduct regular and random patrols.
