What you'll do

• Lead and engage the sales team
• manage Neighborhood Sales Managers
• conduct sales meetings
• recruit, develop, and mentor talent. Collaborate with Marketing, Design, and Purchasing on product and pricing. Support sales and settlement plans, accurate contracts, and issue resolution. Conduct gap analyses, adjust pricing and incentives, and monitor neighborhood maintenance, sales velocity, profitability, model homes, and community upkeep through office work and field visits.
