Constructability Manager

What you'll do

• Manage constructability for the division
• implement construction standards through detailing
• ensure quality control
• initiate kick-off meetings
• coach and develop staff across locations
• identify inefficiencies, issues, and risks
• lead cross-functional projects
• set deliverables, timelines, and success measures
• allocate resources
• report progress and feedback to divisional management
• keep current with industry standards
• and manage budgeting, including RFPs.
