Bartender

Job overview

The Bartender role is onsite in Redmond, OR, and is part-time. Pay is $16–$18 per hour plus tips. The bartender prepares and serves beverages while anticipating guest needs and maintaining positive guest relations. The role also supports safe, compliant service through responsible alcohol practices, sanitation, inventory, and readiness of the bar area.

What you'll do

• Greet guests and introduce menu options
• plan drink menus and share specials
• take orders
• mix and serve beverages
• check identification
• maintain and clean the bar and equipment
• take inventory and order supplies
• handle cash and card transactions
• follow liquor laws and food-safety standards
• report accidents and breakages
• ensure materials and equipment are ready for service.
