Food Production Specialist — Fresh Food Preparation

The Food Production Specialist role is onsite in Salt Lake City, UT, with compensation of $18 per hour. The position prepares fresh food for Alpha Coffee’s two locations and supports its coffee-shop operations and customer experience. The role helps ensure both stores receive consistent food by preparing menu items, organizing ingredients, monitoring inventory against orders, and restocking the grab-and-go display. The position is currently part-time, with an opportunity to become full-time, and requires at least 25 hours across three or more shifts weekly.

What you'll do

• Prepare wraps, sauces, salads, protein bowls, parfaits, overnight oats, and other listed items
• prepare ingredients
• monitor inventory and production quantities
• restock the Salt Lake City display
• assist with catering and events
• learn drip coffee procedures
• and occasionally deliver prepared food to the BCC location.
