What you'll do

• Lead associates in site selection and market analysis
• negotiate commercial real estate transactions and obtain management approvals
• review deal packages
• manage relationships with brokers, landlords, government officials, and regional teams
• analyze market trends and prepare reports
• present market summaries to senior management
• assist with financial analysis and presentation of acquisition and disposition structures
• travel up to 50%.
