Staffing Technical Recruiter III

What you'll do

• Edit, review, and post technical job descriptions
• source candidates on niche platforms and research new sources
• screen IT resumes and share feedback with junior team members
• conduct prescreening calls and interviews
• coordinate with IT leaders on hiring forecasts and recruiter coverage
• send personalized recruiting emails
• organize local tech conferences and meetups
• prepare offer letters and support onboarding with HR
• review job and task analyses
• meet performance goals.
