What you'll do

• Enforce rules and model positive behavior
• oversee recreation areas and safety
• organize games, fitness events, arts and crafts, and musical instruction
• welcome members and encourage participation
• assess group dynamics and coordinate activities with leadership
• complete paperwork and incident reports
• promote teamwork and leadership
• follow Club policies and attend required staff meetings.
