The Resident Aide, Evening Shift role is onsite in Denton, TX, working 3 p.m.–11 p.m. on a schedule of four days on and two days off. Compensation is $16–$17 per hour. The role supports the nursing team at Denton Village by PureHealth in a post-acute care setting. The aide provides daily living assistance and supports residents’ health, safety, and social well-being. Accurate documentation, timely reporting, and collaboration with the healthcare team help maintain consistent care and shift objectives.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, mobility, transfers, and feeding
• observe and report health changes
• provide medication reminders or administer medications as directed by medical staff and facility policy
• maintain a clean and safe environment
• support activities and companionship
• document care and daily activities
• follow infection-control and safety protocols
• collaborate with healthcare professionals.
