What you'll do

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, and feeding
• administer medication and monitor vital signs under nurse supervision
• implement individualized care plans and respect resident rights
• maintain a clean and safe environment
• provide companionship and recreational activities.
