What you'll do

• Prepare and present food items
• complete orders accurately and promptly
• prepare ingredients by peeling, portioning, washing, cutting, and mixing according to resort recipes
• control waste and expenses
• label, rotate, and store products
• maintain organized storage areas and a clean, sanitary workstation
• complete cleaning duties
• follow safety practices and communicate with other departments.
