The Quality Control Technician is a full-time onsite role based in Lanett, AL, with compensation of $25.00 per hour. This position is a temp-to-perm opportunity supporting the manufacturing operations of a wood products client through The Reserves Network. The role exists to ensure product quality standards are met during the manufacturing of Oriented Strand Board (OSB). The technician audits processes, performs material testing, and communicates quality concerns to maintain consistency and support process improvements.

What you'll do

• Audit OSB manufacturing process
• Perform sampling and testing of raw materials and finished products
• Monitor KPIs and packaging quality standards
• Check and adjust process equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of lab areas
• Communicate quality concerns to leadership
• Perform basic math and use measurement tools.
