What you'll do
- Develop and deliver personalized physical therapy plans
- measure patient outcomes and document evaluations, treatments, reassessments, and discharge notes
- provide telehealth visits and remote therapeutic monitoring
- communicate treatment revisions to primary clinicians
- support digital service operations
- report regional service metrics
- participate in program development and marketing as directed.
