What you'll do

• Conduct academic and aircrew training-device instruction
• maintain weapons-system expertise
• prepare and restore classrooms and briefing rooms
• evaluate and record student performance and debrief errors
• provide remedial instruction when required
• coordinate corrective action with the Lead Instructor and active-duty supervisors
• monitor courseware and recommend revisions
• support lesson plans, mission guides, and scenario design when directed
• review training and safety publications
• provide instructor operating station missions.

Why this role

Requires at least 1,000 hours in fourth- or fifth-generation fighter aircraft as a pilot, military instructor pilot experience, and a final or transferable DoD Secret clearance; candidates must be U.S. citizens and able to attain and maintain F-35 SAP access. Flexible hours and domestic and international travel may be required; deployed operations may be required to support customer needs.
