Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (PRN)

The Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (PRN) role is onsite in Minneapolis, MN, with visits during business hours, 8 AM–5 PM, and pay of $21–$25.50 per hour. Lake Valley Hospice provides patient-centered end-of-life care throughout the Twin Cities metro area. Working under a Registered Nurse’s supervision, the CNA provides personal care and emotional support to patients and families, following individualized care plans to promote comfort and dignity and documenting care accurately.

• Provide bathing, grooming, toileting, transferring, and homemaking assistance
• follow individualized care plans
• support patients and caregivers
• maintain timely and accurate documentation
• work under Registered Nurse supervision.
