Job overview

The OMNI Operator role is an onsite, full-time position in Utica, NY. Pay is $16 per hour. The role supports transaction processing and statement operations for the OMNI Processing Unit at Staffworks CNY.

What you'll do

• Process OMNI transactions and troubleshoot rejects
• review transaction edits
• rotate among contributions, enrollments, distributions and loans, dividend posting, and trust accounting desks
• support nightly trading, which averages twice a month
• ensure timely processing
• complete ASPA RPF1 and RPF2 courses
• and assist with filing, telephone backup, statement generation, and operational projects as needed.
