What you'll do

• Complete resident work orders within the stated 24–48-hour expectation
• perform general HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry maintenance
• assist with court-ordered set-outs when necessary
• prepare units for turnover
• maintain grounds and curb appeal
• respond to on-call emergencies.
