What you'll do

• Receive and process specimens according to laboratory protocols.
• Perform clinical laboratory tests across various laboratory sections.
• Maintain specimen integrity by adhering to aseptic techniques.
• Conduct quality control checks, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment.
• Analyze test results for accuracy, acceptability, and compliance with critical limits.
• Communicate critical results to nursing staff and healthcare providers.
• Accurately document and record all test data.
• Adhere to all laboratory safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards.
