What you'll do

• Support swim-school operations, instruction, deck management, and front desk duties
• manage class scheduling and staffing
• assist with safety and regulatory compliance
• support facility opening and closing
• help monitor enrollment, revenue, customer experience, retention, and profitability
• recruit, onboard, train, and supervise staff
• address customer inquiries and feedback
• and assist with local marketing and community relations.
