What you'll do

• Assist guests with luggage transportation to and from rooms
• greet arriving guests and offer assistance
• arrange taxis or shuttles and provide information about local attractions, dining, and amenities
• receive and deliver packages and mail securely
• communicate guest requests to hotel departments and coordinate services.
