What you'll do

• Lead accounting processes across organizational entities
• direct annual budget creation
• prepare financial reports for managers, senior leaders, the Board, and external stakeholders
• oversee annual audits for Light of Life and L2 Community Support
• ensure alignment with GAAP, ECFA standards, and internal policies
• advise on contracts, budgets, and organizational development
• lead and develop the accounting team.
