Registered Nurse, Behavioral Health

What you'll do

• Conduct behavioral health assessments
• develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• administer prescribed medications and monitor effects
• document care in electronic health records
• respond to behavioral crises using de-escalation and safety protocols
• establish therapeutic relationships
• educate patients and families
• monitor suicide risk and safety
• coordinate with psychiatrists, social workers, therapists, and other professionals
• follow infection control, HIPAA, and organizational policies.

Why this role
