What you'll do

• Verify invoice approvals and coding
• enter and process vendor invoices
• prepare and process checks, ACH, and wire payments
• audit expense reports
• reconcile vendor statements
• maintain digital accounts payable files
• support credit card reconciliation and 1099 preparation
• assist with audit preparation
• respond to AP inquiries
• support accounting projects.
