What you'll do

• Supervise and support nursing staff, CNAs, and other team members
• guide staff on facility policies and protocols
• monitor performance and provide feedback
• administer medications and treatments
• document patient histories and health status
• develop and evaluate care plans with the medical team
• provide wound care and assist with procedures
• monitor medical equipment and collect specimens for lab work
• educate patients and families
• ensure resident personal care, hygiene, and safety
• maintain infection-control practices
• serve as a point of contact overnight
• conduct facility safety checks
• address or escalate operational issues
• respond to emergencies
• document incidents and prepare shift reports
• and assist with staff training. Requires a valid Georgia RN license and current CPR certification.
