What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations, staffing, admissions, discharges, service coordination, compliance, records, schedules, and budget performance
• supervise and support program staff
• coordinate clinical, medical, educational, case management, and direct-care services
• monitor assessments, referrals, crisis response, and continuity of care
• oversee safety inspections, incident response, emergency procedures, and corrective actions
• support youth rights, family engagement, and program improvement. Schedule includes administrator-on-duty responsibilities and occasional extended, evening, or weekend hours.
