What you'll do
- Maintain day-to-day property operations and physical assets
- monitor and perform basic HVAC repairs and planned maintenance
- complete work orders involving painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, lighting, flooring, and other repairs
- support property events

- assist with sustainability and energy-efficiency goals
- perform scheduled maintenance and emergency-system testing
- maintain equipment operator licenses.
