What you'll do

• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, baking pans, utensils, equipment, and kitchen tools
• maintain clean and organized work and storage areas
• stock dishwashing supplies and monitor station temperature and sanitation
• empty trash, recycling, and compost
• sweep and mop floors and complete closing sanitation
• assist with light restocking, prep, or supply organization as needed
• follow health codes, sanitation guidelines, and safety practices.
