The Bilingual Facilitator – Celebrating Families Program role is part-time and onsite in Fresno, CA. Compensation is $24 per hour. The facilitator supports WestCare’s Celebrating Families Program by delivering group education sessions for parents and children. The role organizes and facilitates evidence-based life-skills education, assesses families’ educational needs with the team, and evaluates participant progress. It contributes to a positive learning environment through observation, case-staffing input, and accurate client records.

What you'll do

• Organize, plan, and deliver onsite group education sessions for parents and children using evidence-based curricula
• work with the team to assess family educational needs, including substance-use prevention and healthy-living skills
• facilitate a positive learning environment
• provide input at case staffing meetings
• evaluate participant progress and observe behavior and interactions
• maintain accurate client records.

Why this role
