What you'll do

• Organize and participate in individualized activities, including one-to-one interventions, small groups, and large group presentations
• use the environment to provide comfort and stimulation
• lead individual and group activities using approaches such as pet, music, and art therapy
• help decorate the facility and prepare special events and seasonal parties
• develop and post monthly activity calendars
• participate in recreational programs for residents confined to their rooms
• promote community volunteer efforts
• maintain activity and attendance records.
