The Clinical Lead develops clinicians and supports consistent, accountable clinical practice through supervision, consultation, documentation review, and collaboration with the Clinical Director. The work advances the practice’s trauma-informed, attachment-oriented outpatient care and clinical culture.

What you'll do

• Maintain approximately 18 completed client sessions per week
• provide weekly individual supervision to assigned Residents in Counseling
• review progress notes, treatment plans, and termination documentation
• support case conceptualization and clinical decision-making
• facilitate peer case consultation
• consult on clinical matters
• collaborate with the Clinical Director on higher-risk, ethical, or significant concerns
• help foster learning, accountability, and collaboration.
