Project Controls Manager — Electrical Construction

What you'll do

• Review project budgets, cost coding, and forecasting
• drive cost-to-complete and cost-at-completion forecasts
• analyze labor productivity, equipment costs, purchasing, and subcontractor spend
• identify margin risks
• establish scheduling standards and support baseline, recovery, and as-built schedules
• evaluate critical path risks and schedule impacts
• drive adoption of project management tools
• partner with Operations and IT on system improvements
• identify project risks
• build executive dashboards and portfolio reporting
• track KPIs and trends
• support preconstruction and bid strategy
• coach teams and help develop future project controls staff.
