What you'll do

• Gather, weigh, and stage ingredients
• prebatch ingredients according to recipes, allergen requirements, and GMP
• support equipment setup and preoperational checks
• assemble and disassemble kettle room equipment for cleaning and sanitation, including CIP
• maintain a clean and organized kettle room
• communicate production needs to the Cook, Controller, and Production Supervisor
• follow food safety, allergen control, safety, and PPE procedures.
