The Executive Director is accountable for the community’s daily operations and strategic direction, balancing resident care, team engagement, financial performance, sales and occupancy, and regulatory compliance to support a strong resident and family experience.

• Lead community operations and strategic direction
• manage P&L, budgets, and financial performance
• recruit, develop, coach, and retain department leaders
• support resident, family, and team satisfaction
• partner with Sales and Marketing on occupancy and revenue
• ensure regulatory compliance
