What you'll do

• Manage and maintain IT/OT infrastructure for laboratories and GxP manufacturing equipment, including installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and backup.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, support computerized analytical-lab and manufacturing systems, and assist with industrial automation infrastructure.
• Automate routine tasks with scripting.
• Provide technical support, document solutions and best practices, implement security protocols, assess compliance, maintain IT process and configuration documentation, collaborate with security teams, and work with global system managers during audits.

Why this role
