Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative role is onsite in Jessup, MD, with compensation of $25–$27.50 per hour. • process orders, quote requests, returns, and credits
• coordinate with sales, credit, inventory, warehousing, and fabrication
• investigate order, shipping, and billing errors
• follow up on request status
• maintain customer and supplier relationships
• complete training.
