MV Transportation is seeking a Reconciler to work in Baltimore, MD. This is an onsite, full-time position with a pay rate of $22.35 per hour. The Reconciler will be responsible for auditing service providers' data, coordinating with operations leadership, and reporting any inconsistencies in trip reconciliation and billing to ensure the integrity of information provided to the client.

What you'll do

• Enter all payroll information on a daily basis in appropriate software, making note of potential pay discrepancies and ensuring accuracy of employee time data.
• Prepare appropriate formats for bi-weekly processing through corporate.
• Distribute paychecks on a bi-weekly basis.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports for Operations and General Manager comparing revenue hours to payroll hours.
• Update and maintain payroll/human resources related employee file information.
• Maintain accurate records and files.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Attendance according to local policy.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.

High School diploma or equivalent

Experience
