Leasing Consultant

The Leasing Consultant role is field-based and onsite in Jonesboro, GA. Compensation is not specified. The role guides prospective residents through leasing and supports current residents while overseeing property and team functions in an assigned market. It contributes to occupancy and property performance through leasing, resident service, compliance, and coordination with internal teams.

What you'll do

• Greet prospects and present home features and community benefits
• conduct tours and guide applicants through leasing
• inspect homes and community spaces and complete vacancy inspections and sparkle cleans
• support resident move-ins and move-outs, resolve issues, and address maintenance concerns
• manage past-due balances, renewals, and occupancy goals
• maintain compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and applicable landlord-tenant laws
• coordinate HOA and code-enforcement communications
• maintain CRM records, follow up with prospects, and support marketing
• conduct move-in and move-out inspections and deposit accounting.
