Job overview

The Behavior Technician (BT) role is onsite in Byron, MN, in in-home, clinic, or in-school settings. Pay is $22 per hour. Momentum Behavior Services provides one-on-one support to children, adolescents, and young adults with autism spectrum disorder. The technician implements applied behavior analysis strategies to teach skills, encourage independence, and reduce challenging behavior. The role tracks progress and collaborates with Board Certified Behavior Analysts and the team to support client development.
