The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central, with overtime as needed.

What you'll do

• Process new referrals
• verify insurance benefits and eligibility
• document coverage and patient cost information
• calculate estimated patient financial responsibility
• prepare, submit, and follow up on prior authorizations and medical reviews
• communicate referral status
• assist with copay assistance or foundation enrollment
• generate start-of-care paperwork.
