What you'll do

• Prepare and review probate, estate-transfer, will, trust, and administration documents
• research Florida probate procedures and estate-planning practices
• manage case files and deadlines
• draft correspondence, pleadings, agreements, and court filings
• coordinate client interviews and documentation
• analyze estate assets and liabilities
• support probate litigation
• maintain filing compliance
• proofread and review documents.
