What you'll do
- Review supplier compliance data
- implement performance improvement plans
- conduct supplier meetings and coaching on on-time delivery, order confirmation, and advance shipping notices
- respond to supplier questions using Five9 and Oracle Service Cloud
- track improvement plans
- conduct root cause analysis
- liaise with suppliers, Purchasing, and Parts teams
- assist with sourcing backordered and past-due items and match-exception escalations
- maintain cross-functional communications
- and coordinate continuous improvement opportunities.
