What you'll do

• Lead enclosure strategy and technical oversight from design through closeout
• review plans, specifications, testing protocols, schedules, and documentation
• coordinate with operations, project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients
• conduct design reviews, constructability assessments, and quality evaluations
• inspect roofing, waterproofing, facade, glazing, and air-barrier installations
• oversee performance testing
• document and resolve deficiencies
• mentor project teams
• support turnover, closeout, warranties, and company standards.
