What you'll do

• Prepare tax and title documents for Pennsylvania and out-of-state vehicle deals
• submit legal transfer documents to the DMV
• monitor PennDOT contract compliance
• process paperwork from the F&I department
• prepare payoff checks and wholesale paperwork as needed
• reconcile payoff and title accounting schedules
• maintain deal jackets and title records
• process fleet registration documents
• review aged titles and apply for duplicate titles as needed
• maintain Pennsylvania Notary Public status.
